During this workshop the team assesses and agrees on the core values of the organization. These values become the context for making decisions and setting priorities.
In addition, the team identifies behaviors that will bring these values to life. The behaviors are specific and observable — they allow team members to articulate and role model the values. It lets team members get in touch with their personal values, hear the values of other team members, and agree on what values will drive their work.
